Don Myhan is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a B.S. Degree in Industrial Relations. He also holds an M.A. Degree in Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Business. He completed the Center for Creative Leadership Executive Development Program, and Harvard Business School’s Program on Labor Negotiations. He has over 30 years experience leading Human Resources in companies such as Molex, Monsanto, Exelon, Metaldyne, Cabot and MetoKote.

He is an accomplished organizational culture change professional, and has extensive experience in union avoidance, labor relations, performance management, succession planning and organizational development. He is certified in leadership assessments and intervention processes.

He served on the Board of Directors of Community Services West, a non-profit agency for providing elderly care services. He is also a member of the DuPage Art League and Society for Human Resources Management.

Don enjoys golf, snow skiing, artwork and travel. He and his wife, Kaye, reside in Aurora, Illinois and have two grown children, and two grandchildren.
