Our traditional approach is on a project basis; we develop a formal proposal for services, work on and off site through out the project and deliver final results. The fees are outlined up front in a detailed scope of services proposal. You know what to expect, when to expect it and how much it will cost. There are no surprises.

We also offer our services on an on-going, retained basis. If you do not have a Human resource department, or need specific expertise, we have the high level support to assist you. We are available for coaching, counseling, and expert advice on a wide variety of issues and concerns, whether you need help in terminating a problem employee or need guidance in reigning in your employee benefits costs our expert consultants are available to help.
